On Tuesday 20/4/2021, Head of the Desert Development Department, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Othman Musa and Prof. Dr. Suad Shalal Shehadah visited the Iraqi National Herbarium in Baghdad in order to deposit some plant samples of the species Astragalus vogelii newly registered in Iraq. In addition to bringing a copy of the recently released sixth volume Flora of Iraq by the British Kew Museum.
